How to verify with Australian Government whether is my Visa Authentic ?

If you are holding Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Canada or USA passports, you can visit the Australia Government website and proceed with the application by re-submitting your passport particulars. When you reach the payment page, the system will prompt you that you are currently holding a valid visa to Australia.

Please KEEP YOUR Credit card!
Do not enter any credit card information when doing ONLINE verification

All Visa applications applied through us DO NOT HAVE - Transcation Reference Number (TRN)
Please note :
ONLY applicant applied directly at the Australia Government website
(paying AUD$20.00 per person) will have a Transcation References Numbers.

STEP 1
Please ensure those PARTICULARS in BOLD we had email to you are all correct before proceeding to Step 2

STEP 2
1) https://www.eta.immi.gov.au/ETA/etas.jsp
Click "Apply for an ETA".
TICK : Tourist Visa
TICK : Applicant outside Australia

2) Answer these IMPORTANT questions carefully (MUST be 100% correct)
a) Surname
b) Given Name (accordingly to the same way that we had applied for you)
c) Passport no
d) Birth date
e) Country Of Birth
f) Nationality
g) Passport Issue date
h) Passport Expiry date
I) Gender (Male /Female)

Home address, email adress and mobile contact are flexible.
You can enter any of the applicant details. It doesn't matter.
If any of the above IMPORTANT questions are entered wrongly, it may leads you to Credit Card payment mode.

3) If you have followed all the STEPs with the correct information, it will prompt you that you are currently holding a valid Visa.  Do not worry, whatever info you had just key-in, it will NOT affect the Visa that we had applied for you.

If you can reach the PAYMENT page asking you for credit card details, that means you may have type the wrong information for one of the IMPORTANT Question. You have to Re-do the whole process again starting from STEP 1.

If you happen to get the SAME reply asking for credit card no (or no record found), email us.
We will check/retify the issue on our end.

Below is a screenshot of the Visa that will be display on your screen if you had key-in all the information correctly!

It will show the type of Visa you are holding and the Visa expiry date.

Australia Visa - Document Require

Documents Required (A to E) For Australia ETA Application

A) Scan or take photo of your passport particulars page. Must include the photograph and the passport data on the bottom of the passport. (Please ensure that all the wordings are clear or Visa application might be delay. (Must be in PDF/JPG format).

Let us know how to apply your Name.

Below are the TWO OPTIONs. Both OPTIONs can be used.

The most important is to synchronised the Visa Name with your e-ticket.

Example : Michael Tan Ling Fong
Last Name (Surname) : Tan
Given Name : Michael Ling Fong
or
Last Name (Surname) : Tan
Given Name : Ling Fong Michael

For Malay & Indian applicant :Bin, Binte, S/O & D/O will be "omitted out" from the Visa application.
This is according to Australia Government Visa application ruling.


B) Does applicant hold CITIZENSHIP of other Countries?
Yes or No.  If Yes, which country?

C) Applicant home address

D) Applicant contact no

E) Applicant email address

F) Actual e-ticket or Budget Airlines confirmation letter.
We only help genuine travellers. NO e-ticket, we cannot apply for you.

Acknowledgement of email

Please acknowledge our Email once you receive the Visa Approval.

We may CANCEL/VOID your Australia Visa at our discretion if we do not hear from you after 3days (72hrs). We do not like to wait here and there nor chase you for reply/payment.

We would prefer to settle the application/payment within 3-4 emails correspondence in order for us to proceed to the next applicant.
