1) Who can apply ETA - Australia Tourist/Business VISA
We only accept Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Canada or USA passports.

If you are bringing your domestic maid (from Indonesia, Myanmar or Philippines etc), please refer to VFSGLOBAL Singapore office for more information on how to apply the Visa. They are the APPOINTED Agency by the Australia Government. We are not able to give you advice for the domestic maid Visa. But what we know the VISA fee estimated cost is about SGD $200 per passport.

2) When will I know whether is my Visa approve?
If you had send us email on :
a) Monday to Friday, we will reply you within the same day or next working day.
b) Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays, we will reply the soonest or next working day.

If you did not receive any reply or VISA Approval from us by the next working day, please send us a reminder! Just in case your email had went to our JUNK/SPAM Folder or we may have deleted your email accidentally.

3) Validity of the VISA
Each Tourist/Business VISA is valid for 01 year multiple entry from the date of application.
Example : Apply on 20Jan2014, it will expire on 20Jan2015.
Maximum 3months stay per visit.
If your passport is going to expire within the next 12months, the Australia VISA expiry date will be the same as your passport expiry date. Whichever is earlier

4) Is there any Transcation Reference Number (TRN)?
ONLY applicant that apply directly at the Australia Government website and paid A$20 will have a TRN. VISA Application thru us DO NOT HAVE ANY TRN.

5) How do I check whether is my VISA Authentic?
If you are holding Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Canada or USA passports, you can visit the Australia Government website and proceed with the application by re-submitting your passport particulars. When you reach the payment page, the system will prompt you that you are currently holding a valid visa to Australia. Keep your credit card away. DO NOT KEY-IN any credit card details. 6) What is ETA (Electronics Travel Authority, they are also called e-visa)
They are stored electronically in the immigration system. Whether you print out a copy or not, it doesn't matter. Immigration will NEVER look at it. All your passport particulars are STORED in the Immigration System. But it is good to attach a copy onto the passport for references purposes. Also to remind you the VISA expiry date.

7) Reliability of the Visa
Please go thru the reviews/testimonial from the forum members. We do not create any fake UserID. We are 100% truthful and honest in all our VISA application. We have been helping forum members since 27May2012 (See page 4, Post #55 ).

This is a OPEN public forum. Do you think is it easy to fake review/testimonial if any of the VISA that we had applied are not legitimate?

8) If your departure date is within the next 5 days
We will try our best to help. In case of any VISA rejection/pending case, we need few hours to 3 working days to retify the problem. Take note : We shall not be responsible if you miss your flight due to the delay of the VISA application.

9) What if I have a Criminal convictions
If you have had any criminal conviction in any country, a more appropriate visa may be a Visitor VISA (subclass 600).
Not have been convicted of an offence or offences for which the total sentence is more than 12 months (whether or not the sentence has been served). For subclass 600 visa, please enquiry directly with the Australia Government.
If you did not inform us of your conviction and apply the usual subclass 601, we will not be responsible if you are reject/repatriate at the Airport/Custom/Immigration.

10) What if my Visa application is rejected by the Australia Government?
a) For Singapore passport holder and foreigner holding Singapore Work permit / PR IC / Student pass / Dependent pass and Employment pass, we can help you to enquiry your VISA status with the Embassy. It may takes 1-3 working days to process.

If still reject after 3days, you will need to lodge paper application (required 10 working days to process) for Visitor VISA through Australia Visa Application Centre (VFS Global).

b) For other Nationality that are not working in Singapore, you have to go to the nearest Australia Embassy where you are located to enquire on your VISA status.

11) When should I apply for the VISA
Apply minimum 14 working days before departure would be ideal.
You can even apply the VISA 1 day before departure. But it's a little bit risky.
Just in case there is any problem with the VISA application, we may required few hours to 14days to rectify the issue.

Australia Visa for only SGD7.00 per passport.

Australia. eg : Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Goldcoast, Melbourne etc..

Don't be con by agency telling you they are different.
They are classified under the same subclass 601.
 

Payment (Thru Internet Banking)
Maybank (Singapore Account only)

With the introduction of FAST Transfer among the Banks, you can now transfer fund easily from POSB, DBS, OCBC, UOB or Maybank etc.

Pay only when you are satisfy with the VISA Approval or after you have went thru the VISA Authentication at the Australia Government Website! We give 3 days (72hrs) to make payment, provided your departure date is not within the next 3 days.

A) Scan or take photo of your passport particulars page. Must include the photograph and the passport data on the bottom of the passport. (Please ensure that all the wordings are clear or Visa application might be delay. Must be in PDF/JPG format).

Below are the TWO OPTIONs. Both OPTIONs can be used.

The most important is to synchronised the Visa Name with your e-ticket.

We only help geniue travellers. NO e-ticket, we can't apply for you.

Acknowledgement of email

Please acknowledge our Email once you receive the Visa Approval.

We may CANCEL/VOID your Australia Visa at our discretion if we did not hear from you after 3days (72hrs). We do not like to wait here and there nor chase you for reply/payment.

We would prefer to settle the application/payment within 3-4 emails correspondence in order for us to proceed to the next applicant.

Do let us know if you have any difficulty or require more time for reply/payment.
