If you are holding Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Canada or USA passports, you can visit the Australia Government website and proceed with the application by re-submitting your passport particulars. When you reach the payment page, the system will prompt you that you are currently holding a valid visa to Australia.

Click "Apply for an ETA".
TICK : Tourist Visa
TICK : Applicant outside Australia
2) Answer these IMPORTANT questions carefully (MUST be 100% correct)
a) Surname
b) Given Name (accordingly to the same way that we had applied for you)
c) Passport no
d) Birth date
e) Country Of Birth
f) Nationality
g) Passport Issue date
h) Passport Expiry date
I) Gender (Male /Female)
Home address, email adress and mobile contact are flexible.
You can enter any of the applicant details. It doesn't matter.
If any of the above IMPORTANT questions are entered wrongly, it may leads you to Credit Card payment mode.
3) If you have followed all the STEPs with the correct information, it will prompt you that you are currently holding a valid Visa. Do not worry, whatever info you had just key-in, it will NOT affect the Visa that we had applied for you.
If you can reach the PAYMENT page asking you for credit card details, that means you may have type the wrong information for one of the IMPORTANT Question. You have to Re-do the whole process again starting from STEP 1.
